Return & Refund Policy

1.We have a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the item(s) you received, you can submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Return requests will be assessed and processed by our customer support team.

  • Buyer provide a valid order number from youyoukeyboard.com and provide a reason for the return (this information will be used for our records)
  • Returned products must be unused and kept in their original packaging with all included accessories. If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be accepted.
  • Your refund will be issued after the product is returned. For non-quality-related returns, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer (payment on the receipt is not supported), any shipping costs will not be refunded. For quality-related returns, a refund or reissue of the product will be given at YouYou’s discretion. 
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you can choose to reject the delivery or return the item upon its arrival. The shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer and the shipping cost of the original purchase will not be refunded.
  • If the product you are returning was purchased using a discount or promotion, you will be refunded the amount you paid after all discounts.
  • Refund requests for the money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through YouYou official website, please contact retailers for refunds. 
  • We do not provide exchanges for products, but you may return unwanted products for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to post to your account. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Missing Items

  • If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at info@youyoukeyboard.com  to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Ship the item back to us at the following address: [Your Return Address]
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RMA number in your return package.

Please note:

  • Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
